Job summary

The position runs from September 21, 2026 to May 21, 2027 with possible reappointment based on budget and performance. Pay is $16.90 per hour, with duties spanning routine office support and event assistance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and email inquiries.
• Assist faculty, staff, and students.
• Collect, distribute mail, and campus deliveries.
• Monitor office supplies for inventory.
• File, scan, copy, and organize documents.
• Enter data and update records.
• Assist students with departmental inquiries.
• Support departmental projects and events.
• Other duties as assigned.
