Job summary

CSU Stanislaus is seeking a Student Assistant under the Federal Work Study program in Anthropology, Geography and Environmental Resources. The position is a temporary hourly role supporting classroom and office tasks on campus in Turlock.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, filing, archiving records, assisting with events, updating websites, and basic technology troubleshooting. Applicants must be enrolled in at least six Fall/Spring units and have an active Financial Aid award.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, filing, archiving records, and general office support.
• Troubleshoot basic office technology.
• Update websites and social media.
• Maintain office and event supplies.
• Assist with event planning.
• Maintain program office and relationships.
• Handle mail distribution and on-campus deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
