Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, filing, scanning, archiving records, photocopying, and maintaining office files.
• Provide classroom support and assist with events and office tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic technology (printers, computers, copy machines).
• Update websites and social media as needed.
• Maintain office and event supplies; assist with event planning.
