The University of Wyoming's Global Engagement Office (WyoGlobal) connects the UW community with the world by supporting international education, research, partnerships, and cultural exchange. Through its five units, WyoGlobal provides resources and services for students, faculty, staff, and international visitors, including study abroad, international student and scholar support, global research initiatives, and English language programs. JOB PURPOSE:
The Work-Study Business Office Aide supports the daily financial and administrative operations of the Global Engagement Office by assisting with budgeting, purchasing, financial record-keeping, and general office support. This position provides hands‑on experience with university business processes while developing valuable skills in accounting, organization, customer service, and professional communication in a collaborative office environment.

Students will strengthen transferable skills such as attention to detail, problem‑solving, customer service, professional communication, and data management while gaining experience with industry‑standard software and university financial processes. The position also helps students build professionalism, organizational skills, and an understanding of how financial and administrative functions support the success of a complex organization.
