Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll design custom trips while guiding clients from initial what-if questions to confirmed reservations—whether solo escapes, group getaways, destination weddings, or family travel experiences.

Expect to stay with clients from planning to post-trip reviews, close sales, and provide insider knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Experience juggling multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings with attention to detail.
• Quick learner of new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus but not required; training provided.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring
