Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn clients’ travel dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll design custom trips and guide clients from initial what-if to a confirmed reservation—whether it’s a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

You’ll craft personalized plans, close sales with a consultative approach, and handle payments, date changes, and add-ons.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Bonus for sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel experience, but not required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons).
• Add insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, timely deals.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — planning, payments, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
