What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in accordance with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates for cardholders
- Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
- Analyze customer service needs and escalate unresolved issues to more experienced representatives
- Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures through training and reference materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a work schedule that may include mid-shift to late hours, including weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal, credit, and employment verification

- Familiarity with payment processing systems and customer service protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate computerized data entry systems
- Ability to work under close supervision while following established procedures
