What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and address updates
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products and services for assigned clients
- Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments as needed
- Enter required data into client systems and escalate unresolved issues to more experienced representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a work schedule that may include mid-shift to late hours and weekends
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check including criminal and credit checks
