What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a flexible work schedule including mid-shift to late hours and weekends
- Ability to pass a background check including criminal, credit, and employment verification
