What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Utilize computerized data entry systems to enter required data and analyze customer service needs
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances to more experienced representatives or designated departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Open to a flexible work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Must complete a background check including criminal and credit checks
