What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone to provide problem resolution in line with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates for cardholders
- Enter required data into client systems and databases while following established documentation processes
- Build product knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures for a limited number of clients
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home contact experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Availability for a work schedule that may include mid-shift to late hours and weekends
- Completion of a background check, including criminal and credit checks, and verification of education and past employment
