What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests for assigned company clients
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services to assist cardholders effectively
- Enter required data into client systems and databases accurately
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances to more experienced representatives or designated departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or work-from-home contact experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must be open to a flexible work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Ability to complete a background check, including criminal and credit checks
