What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Handle basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and updates
- Enter required data into client systems and databases accurately
- Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to more experienced representatives or relevant departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months of recent contact center or Work from Home experience
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Availability for a work schedule that may include mid to late shifts and weekends
- Ability to complete a background check, including criminal and credit checks

- Familiarity with navigating computerized data entry systems
