Job summary

Tessera seeks an Assistant Work Control Supervisor to lead maintenance work control operations, ensuring timely and accurate work order dissemination and reporting. You will oversee Work Control staff and implement systems in the supervisor’s absence.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years planning work control experience preferred.
• Completes work with quality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Understands Tessera’s mission of creating opportunities for people with disabilities and veterans.

Responsibilities

• Manage data entry and administrative production requirements for time/attendance and payroll alignment.
• Oversee maintenance records and ensure timely submission of reports to Site/Operations manager.
• Supervise 24/7/365 service order desk operation and maintain contract/work-control documentation.
