Tessera is seeking an experienced Production Control Clerk Lead at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. The role focuses on end-to-end work management, coordinating reception, planning, scheduling, materials, shop execution, and reporting.

The Lead coaches Clerks and interfaces with clients and PWD to optimize operations. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a similar role, with CMMS (Maximo), and strong Excel/PowerBI reporting skills, and a path to CRL/CMM within 2 years.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or GED required.
• "> 5 years of related experience.
• "> Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo) and reporting tools.
• "> Target to achieve CRL or CMM designation within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• > Lead and mentor Production Control Clerks and other staff on work management processes.
• "> Define improvements to end-to-end work management and shop scheduling integration.
• "> Ensure material and shop availability and coordinates with NAVFAC Maximo data.
• "> Enter, post, close work orders and reflect status in Maximo/NAVFAC systems.
• "> Prepare and deliver reports and automated alerts for internal and client-facing needs.
