Tessera is seeking an Assistant Work Control Supervisor to manage maintenance work orders, ensure accurate time/attendance data, and oversee a 24/7 service order desk. The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-team collaboration, and timely reporting to site leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years Planning Work Control is preferred; technical, or other formal training may be substituted in part for experience.
• Completes work with quality, reliability, and attention to detail. Follows through on commitments, takes ownership of responsibilities, and contributes to team success through collaboration and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the data entry and the administrative production requirements of the contract; ensure all data entries have been verified and approved for time/attendance (T/A) and ensure consistency of information between payroll records and work control software.
• Work with other sections within the organization to ensure maintenance readiness reports are correct and submitted in time.
• Ensure the necessary maintenance records are maintained and required reports are submitted to the Site/Operations manager in a timely manner.
• Oversees the input and asset maintenance of data, including work orders into Maximo and work results into IFS/GFEBS (Army automation systems)
• Monitors and supervises operation of a 24/7/365 service order desk operation.
• Distribute written specifications, as appropriate provide project-wide, recurring production control reports to determine peak workloads, trend analyses, forecast requirements, and other data to produce efficiencies.
• Communicate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to accurately determine work priorities, anticipate fluctuations in workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
