Job summary

Arrow's Edge is seeking a Work Control Supervisor position, open to incumbents on the FOMSS II Contract. Responsible for directing Work Control staff, handling work requests, and maintaining CMMS data to ensure timely completion and accurate reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least four years in a Work Control System with one year of supervisory experience. Duties include overseeing work orders and maintaining orderly records, with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Four (4) years experience in Work Control System with one (1) year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction to Work Control staff.
• Receive and assign Facilities Work Requests to the appropriate organization.
• Maintain current FWR status in CMMS and serve as primary interface to functional organizations.
• Process Work Orders to completion for distribution to finance.
• Ensure reports are timely, accurate, and complete.
• Serve as primary interface for Work Management issues.
• Maintenance and upkeep of the current work order file system.
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
