Job summary

Talanto is seeking a WordPress Specialist to handle maintenance and daily edits for client websites. You will perform content updates, Elementor edits, plugin and theme maintenance, and basic troubleshooting within established workflows. The role requires attention to detail and strong ticketing discipline in a remote environment.

The position is full-time, remote-first, with start ASAP and a competitive USD salary. PTO and paid U.S.

Qualifications

Proven experience maintaining WordPress websites and performing content edits.
Familiar with Elementor for page edits, widgets, and forms.
Competent with staging vs production workflows and safe deployments.
Strong written and verbal English communication and ticketing updates.

Responsibilities

Complete WordPress edit requests including content updates and navigation changes.
Perform plugin and theme updates following approved standards.
Verify staging versus production before changes and follow workflows.
Monitor sites for basic issues and escalate when needed.
Maintain before-and-after documentation and update tickets promptly.
Communicate turnaround times and maintenance progress with managers.
Route non-standard work to the appropriate team lead.
Hands-on editing of WordPress sites and Elementor elements.
Understand hosting environments and safe deployment practices.
