Job summary

Anchor Wave is seeking a full-time Webmaster to provide technical support and website assistance for clients. The role focuses on WordPress sites and server environments, requiring organized, task-oriented candidates.

You will launch WordPress websites across diverse hosting settings, handle basic and advanced support, and collaborate with Account Managers, Designers and teammates to improve processes and solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced WordPress development experience.
• Experience with diverse hosting environments.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and MySQL integration.
• Knowledge of plugin conflicts, DNS/SSL and email protocols.

Responsibilities

• Launch WordPress websites onto a variety of server environments.
• Handle basic support issues: user onboarding, hosting setup, email config, backups and updates.
• Address advanced support: browser compatibility, plugin conflicts, site repairs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Designers and internal teams to solve issues.
• Create plans for process improvements in website development and support.
