Job summary

Anchor Wave seeks a Web Design Specialist to act as the communications and scheduling hub for multiple website design projects. You will collaborate with clients, manage meetings (Zoom), and translate feedback into actionable tasks for the team.

You’ll help define project objectives, support branding goals, and apply design concepts to WordPress sites using Elementor or similar tools. Strong organization and client-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, time management, written/verbal communication and people skills.
• Creativity in any of its forms is a bonus.
• Demonstrated design and website experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the communications and scheduling hub for multiple website design projects.
• Represent clients and communicate goals and needs to the team to ensure project success.
• Coordinate meetings with clients (often via Zoom) and translate feedback into actionable tasks.
• Help define objectives, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay on track across designers, copywriters and developers.
