- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with supervision experience.
- Experience in material flows, inventory management, and process analysis.
- Six Sigma training is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to suppliers and teams to meet expectations.
- Ensure maintenance of production equipment.
- Plan and coordinate department activities to meet SQDC targets.
- Lead assigned teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise hourly employees; hiring, training, and performance reviews.
