Job summary

Center Point, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of its Women and Children’s perinatal treatment program in Marin County.

The role includes supervising counselors, coordinating substance use and mental health services, and representing the agency at stakeholder meetings. The candidate must hold a CA SAC certification or a professional license, with experience supervising staff and knowledge of Drug Medi-Cal regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires Substance Abuse Counseling Certification from a CA Accrediting Board unless you hold a professional license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT).
• Knowledge of DHCS and Drug Medi-Cal regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Experience supervising staff, conducting quality assurance, providing clinical direction, and designing interventions.

• Approve treatment plans and authorizations for continued care.
