Job summary

The Camp Recovery Center, located in Northern California, seeks a Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all therapeutic program activities within the facility. You will ensure high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and a supportive treatment environment for clients and staff.

Key requirements include LMFT or LCSW licensure, a bachelor's (and often a master's) in behavioral/mental health, and 4+ years of experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health required.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four+ years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Contribute to planning and implementation of program goals, personnel, resources and equipment, and implement approved plan objectives.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations of the program and improve workflow.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication.
• Responsible for an assigned caseload if applicable to the program.
• Monitor staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels for timely care.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and audit charts and records.
• Serve as liaison and provide consultation on regulations and standards.
• Assist in developing operating policies and ensuring compliance with care standards.
• Provide outreach services in area of clinical specialty as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
