Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid California clinical licensure and ability to supervise per state requirements.
• 3+ years in trauma-informed outpatient behavioral health; experience with Black/African American communities preferred.
• Experience in administrative/clinical management or supervision in a community-based agency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of Kindezi Black Perinatal Wellness and supervise staff.
• Liaise with community partners for training, referrals, and program development.
• Develop and monitor policies/procedures and evaluation strategies for compliance.
