Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead day-to-day supervision of the program staff, maintain high standards of client care, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will work with the Program Director to drive innovative community services and ensure clinical practices meet required standards. You will also coordinate staff training, oversee documentation, manage fiscal resources, and foster collaborations with community partners while maintaining production goals and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with SUD experience and supervisory exposure required.
• Possess licensure/certifications as applicable (CADC-II for SUD; QMHA-II for MH).
• Must have valid driver license and reliable vehicle for travel per policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day supervision of program staff, including interviewing, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure respectful, compassionate client treatment and confidentiality policies are followed.
• Develop and implement policies to protect health, safety, and client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Program Director to identify opportunities for high-quality community services.
• Ensure clinical practices meet best practice standards and supervision requirements.
• Participate in Quality Management processes and committees to improve program quality.
• Provide or coordinate ongoing staff training and ensure state certification requirements are met.
• Work with treatment team to maintain collaborative staff-to-staff and staff-to-client relationships.
• Maintain timely, complete, compliant documentation in client files.
• Maintain strong relationships with community partners and develop collaborations.
• Monitor and manage program expenses and revenues to support fiscal health.
• Ensure productivity targets for clinical staff align with department goals.
• Coordinate with front office to ensure efficient administrative practices.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years SUD experience (admin/supervisory)

Associate degree + 4 years SUD experience (admin/supervisory)

HS Diploma + 5 years SUD experience (admin/supervisory)
