Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, operation, and breakdown of championship facilities.
• Coordinate equipment, supplies, credentials, and materials.
• Serve as liaison for vendors, volunteers, and USGA staff.
• Assist with volunteer program operations, including scheduling and training.
• Coordinate with agencies on safety, parking, and transportation plans.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide administrative support including meals, laundry, and logistics.
• Help mentor interns and support day-to-day execution.
• Assist with championship marketing and community engagement.
• Complete required safety trainings, like OSHA 10-Hour.
