Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Women’s Health RN for the WI Float Pool as part of the Aurora Health integration. You will float across multiple facilities and units, delivering high-quality nursing care and coordinating patient care across departments.

The role emphasizes adaptability, collaboration with diverse teams, and maintaining clinical standards while working within a zone of facilities in the Wisconsin division.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic, evidence-based nursing care aligned with standards and policies.
• Float to multiple care environments within a designated Zone and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Lead efforts to maintain the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
• Coordinate care for diverse patient populations in acute-care facilities and clinics.
