Job summary

Advocate Health, Inc. WI Float Pool seeks an experienced Women's Health RN to support multiple facilities across Wisconsin, delivering safe, adaptable care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU settings.

You will float to various units within a designated zone, collaborating with diverse teams and maintaining competency across acute-care facilities. Weekend and holiday coverage is required, with 4 weekend shifts every 6 weeks and 2 holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience: must support 2 services.
• Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or NICU experience strongly preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic, evidence-based nursing care per standards, policies, and procedures.
• Float to multiple care environments within a designated zone and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Lead efforts that support the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
• Coordinate care for diverse patients across acute-care, outpatient, and clinic settings.
• Maintain competency to practice in all acute-care facilities within the zone.
