Job summary

Advocate Health's Wisconsin Float Pool seeks an experienced RN to deliver adaptable, high‑quality care across multiple Wisconsin facilities within the WH division. You will float between postpartum, labor/delivery and NICU, joining various departments and teams to support patient care.

The role requires 1–2 years of WH RN experience, BLS, and advanced certifications (ACLS/NRP/EFM/PALS). Self‑scheduling and 12‑hour shifts are offered with a weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Women’s Health RN experience.
• Must be able to support 2 of 3 specialties: Post Partum, L&D, NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic nursing care aligned with standards and policies.
• Float to multiple care environments within a designated zone and collaborate with teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure safest patient environment and best experience.
• Coordinate care for diverse populations across acute-care facilities and clinics.
• Maintain competency to practice in all acute-care facilities within the zone.
