Job summary

Advocate Health, Inc. seeks a Women's Health RN for the WI Resource Team. This role supports Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, or NICU across multiple Aurora Health facilities within the Wisconsin division, with weekend and holiday coverage requirements.

The RN will deliver adaptable, high-quality care, float across departments, and coordinate patient care to ensure safety and an excellent patient experience in varied acute-care settings.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across multiple departments.
• Float to multiple care environments within a designated zone and collaborate with teams.
• Lead efforts to maintain safest patient environment and high-quality experience.
• Coordinate care for diverse patient populations in acute-care facilities.
• Maintain competency to practice in all acute-care facilities within the zone.
