Aurora Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Women’s Health RN for the WI Float Pool. The role supports multiple hospitals and units, requiring adaptability, strong clinical skills, and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities include providing safe, evidence-based nursing care, floating to various settings, and coordinating care for diverse patient populations on an ongoing 6-week schedule with weekend and holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, or NICU preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care per standards and procedures.
• Float to multiple care environments within a designated Zone and collaborate with teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure the safest patient environment and best experience.
• Coordinate care for diverse patients across acute-care facilities and clinics.
