Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon is seeking a Cook I to prepare grilled, fried, broiled, and pantry items while ensuring plates are visually appealing and cooked to spec. The role requires strong leadership, teamwork and the ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have basic food prep knowledge, and either one year of cook trainee experience or a culinary degree/apprenticeship. Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential, with lifting up to 50 pounds.
