Din Tai Fung North America is hiring Line Cooks (Wok) to prepare, cook and plate wok line items at our Tukwila, WA location. You will follow Din Tai Fung recipes, maintain quality, and present dishes to the standard plating guidelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learns Wok recipes, cook times, and techniques per Din Tai Fung procedures.
• Checks ingredient quality before cooking.
• Cooks ingredients per recipes and plating guidelines.
• Prepares and cuts garnishes for Wok items.
• Labels items per Health Department regulations and SOPs.
• Attends monthly staff and Wok meetings.
