Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prep or wok cook experience.
• High-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all restaurant foods hot and cold and set up stations.
• Follow orders from POS and expeditor.
• Maintain cleanliness and station sanitation.
• Work with team and follow recipes to Tao standards.
• Communicate product needs to chefs.
