Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems Super User to own WMS operations and drive continuous improvement on site in Ohio. You will provide on-site 1st level support, work with IT and operations, resolve issues, and implement new functionality.

Responsibilities include health checks, configuration, testing, and documenting system changes. You will train new associates and coordinate cross-system issues, ensuring reliable WMS performance.

Qualifications

• Third Party Logistics or Supply Chain experience.
• Korber Warehouse Management Systems knowledge.
• SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site WMS point of contact and resolve issues.
• Provide level 1 support and escalate when needed.
• Document issues with steps to recreate for escalation.
• Work with Operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform daily health checks and monitor system performance.
• Assist with training of new associates on WMS usage.
