Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Systems Analyst to act as the inter-company expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related processes. You will collaborate with operations, IT, and product teams to drive sustained efficiencies across the Distribution Services organization.

Responsibilities include serving as SME for WMS, leading improvement projects, and ensuring high system uptime across multiple campus sites.

Qualifications

Three + years of technical experience with multiple Warehouse Management Systems, experience in the 3PL industry strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, project management, and problem resolution skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between operations and WMS elements, serving as SME and continuous improvement champion.
Hone and leverage understanding of existing WMS systems and processes.
Build relationships with WMS and other systems partners, driving improvement projects and regular communication to maximize system potential.
Assist in exploring new technology and capabilities, partner with leadership to recommend/implement enhancements.
Oversee and report on systems uptime and effectiveness across multiple campus sites.
Other duties as assigned.
