Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems Super User at our Lockbourne, OH site to own day-to-day WMS operations and drive continuous improvement. You will provide on-site first-level support, work with IT and operations, resolve issues, and implement new functionality.

This role requires Korber WMS knowledge, third-party logistics experience, and a curious mindset to identify improvements. You will train new staff, run health checks, document changes, and coordinate cross-system

Qualifications

• Experience in Third Party Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Korber Warehouse Management Systems knowledge.
• An inquisitive nature, with the desire and passion to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site point of contact for the warehouse management system (WMS) for issue resolution, configuration and data support.
• Provides level 1 support to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS issues; escalates to IT when necessary.
• Document details of WMS issues with steps to reproduce for escalation.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Execute daily health checks for system performance and follow up on issues.
• Participate in configuration, testing/validation, and implementation of WMS enhancements or fixes at the site.
• Proactively monitor potential performance issues within the systems.
• Coordinate cross-system issues (WMS, Automation, Shipping) as owner/coordinator.
• Assist with documenting system change requests from building leadership.
• Assist with training of new associates on WMS usage.
