Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in WMS design, implementation, and support.
• Proven track record delivering multiple WMS implementations across dispersed networks.
• Hands-on experience with leading WMS platforms (Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder) and ERP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS implementations across a global network.
• Serve as technical and functional expert for major WMS platforms.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate warehouse requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish global standards for processes, architecture, data governance, and integration.
• Drive integration with ERP, TMS, automation tech, and AS/RS systems.
• Evaluate technologies, lead vendor selection, set strategic roadmaps.
• Champion continuous improvement in accuracy, productivity, throughput, and efficiency.
• Present executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, and proper documentation.
• Mentor teams and partners throughout project lifecycle.
