Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• 1+ year of technical support experience, preferably Java-based client/server apps.
• Experience with Java troubleshooting and SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across WMS, MFS, Java apps, SQL, and automation systems.
• Analyze system performance, design test scenarios, and identify improvements.
• Document solutions in knowledge bases, SOPs, and tickets for tracking.
• Train customers and internal teams on system functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and international teams to resolve complex issues.
