Job summary

Crossgate Logistics is seeking an Applications Administrator to provide Tier 1 WMS support, troubleshoot, and assist with configuration and testing. You will train users, create SOPs, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

The role requires hands-on work in a manufacturing/distribution setting, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. On-site, Monday–Friday hours in Savannah, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for WMS users (customers, end-users, internal departments).
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and test enhancements for compatibility and usability.
• Configure WMS for receiving, storage, and shipping for new customers.
• Support and configure external applications (Ship Junction, Toolbox, Folio, Conductor).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train staff and end-users.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and processes.
• Work independently on projects from testing to implementation.
