Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC seeks a Technical Support Specialist to provide application support for our warehouse software ecosystem. You will train users, develop test scenarios, and resolve complex technical issues across WMS/OMS environments.

The role requires strong communication, data reporting skills (Crystal Reports/Business Objects), and the ability to work in a high‑pace IT department supporting go‑live initiatives and day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems/Order Management Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Windows/SQL environments.
• Ability to triage and resolve support tickets under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create training materials and resources for system users.
• Train users on software implementations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including WMS/OMS.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Set up new users and assist in training.
