Responsibilities

• Monitor WMS, MFS and automated equipment to proactively identify issues and maintain system availability.
• Analyze system performance and data to identify root causes and drive throughput improvements.
• Serve as first response for incidents, manage tickets, and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
• Create and maintain operational reports and training materials to improve system knowledge and reduce recurring issues.
