Job summary

ODW Logistics is looking for an Application Support Engineer in Hamilton, OH. This full-time position requires expertise in troubleshooting production issues within our Transportation Management System (TMS). The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience in application support, ensuring application stability and optimizing performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in software development or application support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves production issues escalated from tier 1 support.
• Writes, executes, and optimizes SQL queries for data issues.
• Monitors application health and performance proactively.
• Documents known issues and resolution steps for the knowledge base.

Strong SQL skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear written and oral communication

Experience with ticketing systems (Jira)

Basic understanding of REST APIs
