Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Blue Yonder WMS experience (5+ years ideal)
• Strong WMS implementation, technical design, and production support
• Experience providing Tier 2 support and coordinating with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams for issue resolution and escalation
• Experience troubleshooting complex warehouse operations, system integrations, and production issues
• SQL experience for data analysis, diagnostics, and root cause analysis
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools
• Familiarity with cloud-native and SaaS-based application environments
• Ability to lead technical discussions and partner with PMs, operations, customers, and IT teams
• Supply chain, distribution, logistics, or warehouse management systems experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead counterpart to the Project Manager on a complex customer account
• Lead technical design, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement efforts within the WMS environment
• Support ongoing Blue Yonder initiatives, system enhancements, and major troubleshooting efforts
• Provide Tier 2 support, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution of production issues
• Support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), Centiro, and related warehouse technology platforms
• Participate in testing, integrations, release management/CAB meetings, deployments, and go-live activities
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation and support teams
• Work closely with operations, IT, vendors, and customer stakeholders to deliver warehouse technology solutions
