Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior WMS Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS support across multiple warehouse sites. You will serve as the SME for WMS design and support, acting as the primary onshore contact for customer communications, escalations, and governance.

The role requires 10+ years of WMS experience, including hands-on Blue Yonder WMS (2023.x/2024), with strong knowledge of ERP/TMS integrations, SQL/data analysis, and ITIL-based AMS operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of WMS experience with Blue Yonder WMS (2023.x/2024).
• Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, wave, picking, packing, shipping processes.
• Experience integrating ERP, TMS, automation/MHE, and third-party apps.
• Proficient in production troubleshooting, SQL/data analysis, interfaces, APIs, and message flows.
• Solid understanding of ITIL-based AMS operations, SLA management and service tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application support across warehouse sites.
• Act as SME for Blue Yonder WMS (2023.x/2024) with deep solution design and support.
• Primary onshore contact for customer communication, escalations and governance.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, root cause analysis and major incident recovery.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT, offshore support, product teams and vendors.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive automation and ticket-reduction initiatives.
• Guide offshore teams and strengthen knowledge management and readiness.
