Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own and deliver both functional and technical workstreams in complex WMS implementations for clients in the U.S. You will bridge business requirements with BY WMS configurations, guiding teams through design, build, and testing to successful go-lives.

You will translate client needs into BY WMS designs, configure components, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Delivery Leads across multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience with hands-on configuration and delivery.
• 3+ years consulting/implementation in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 2+ years leading functional and technical WMS workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client requirements into BY WMS designs and configuration specs.
• Configure BY WMS components and coordinate with delivery leads on timelines.
• Develop and review specifications for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Mentor junior consultants and support SIT/UAT and go-live.
• Author design docs, functional specs, and procedural guides.
