Job summary

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in contract logistics, seeks a Systems and Process Specialist II to own Blue Yonder WMS configuration, implementation, and ongoing support for new client launches and continuous improvement. The role bridges operations and IT, driving testing, UAT, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes, deliver accurate reporting, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in warehousing or logistics with focus on WMS and operational systems.
Experience with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS is essential.
Strong track record of system implementations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary systems contact for internal teams, clients, carriers, and partners.
Lead system configuration requirements, testing, and deployment planning.
Collaborate with client onboarding to define and implement system requirements.
Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
Analyze business needs to design WMS and operational improvements.
Support WMS integrations with adjacent systems and labor tools.
Develop and deliver operational and system performance reporting.
