Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking a WMS Techno Functional Consultant for hybrid work in Plano, TX. You will lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 support across warehouse sites, acting as SME and coordinating with IT, offshore teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and drive improvements.

The role requires strong SQL/data analysis skills, API/web service exposure, and deep experience with ERP/TMS/MHE integrations.

Qualifications

• Blue Yonder WMS knowledge
• 10+ years of WMS experience
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience with APIs, web services, interfaces and message flows
• ERP/TMS/MHE integrations knowledge
• ITIL/AMS/SLA management experience
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application support across warehouse sites.
• Serve as SME for Blue Yonder WMS and provide technical/functional support.
• Handle incidents, problems, changes, releases, RCA, and major incident recovery.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT, offshore and product teams, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive automation and ticket-reduction initiatives.
• Lead offshore teams and ensure operational readiness and knowledge management.
• Act as primary onshore contact for customer communication and escalations.
