Job summary

TikTok is seeking a leader to optimize the end-to-end fulfillment network across U.S. fulfillment centers, middle mile, last mile, and carrier operations.

You will design, execute, and continuously improve SRE logic, lane design, capacity planning, and performance with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment with analytical depth and experience in network optimization, capacity planning, and measurable impact delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above (required)
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain strategy, transportation, logistics, network planning, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to evaluate trade-offs across cost, speed, capacity, service quality, and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of the end-to-end fulfillment network across fulfillment centers, middle mile, last mile, and carrier operations.
• Optimize fulfillment decisioning and execution logic including order allocation, routing, carrier selection, prioritization, wave planning, and backlog management.
• Develop and execute middle-mile and last-mile network strategies including lane design, node connectivity, capacity planning, carrier performance, service coverage, and cost optimization.
• Build analytical models, simulation tools, dashboards, and performance mechanisms to identify bottlenecks, evaluate trade-offs, and improve fulfillment speed, cost, capacity, and reliability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Carrier Management, Planning, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead strategic initiatives from diagnosis through implementation, drive stakeholder alignment, and communicate recommendations with measurable business impact to senior leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above
