Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced Operations System Manager (WMS Manager) to oversee the warehouse systems, maintain the WMS, TMS, and PKGS, and coordinate with ERP integrations. You will drive configurations, upgrades, and data-driven improvements across the distribution network.

Responsibilities include user training, data analysis to optimize inventory levels, and ensuring seamless system integrations while supporting the site team and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience, required.
• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience, required.
• 4+ years in a similar role, required.

Responsibilities

• System configuration, including parameters, workflows, and rules for inventory management.
• System maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution to keep systems functioning.
• User training, training materials, and ongoing user support.
• Data analysis to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve warehouse efficiency.
• System integration with ERP, TMS, PKGS, or order management systems.
• Technical support and development of test and project plans.
